30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • No longer needing the item

  • Purchased by mistake

However, Helenscreole will cover the return shipping costs if:

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • The item arrived defective or faulty

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The return is due to an error on our part

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To assist us in resolving the issue efficiently, please provide photographs of the item and its packaging whenever possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement or alternative item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
